75 person minimum; starting at $48 per person. 72 hours notice required; subject to availability. Includes Pitmaster with pit on-site, cutting the meat for you and your guests. Includes 3 meats, 2 sides, bread, condiments and BBQ sauce (sides are self serve). Drinks can be added for $2 per person and Banana Pudding can be added for $3.00 per person. Staff will arrive about one hour prior to event to set up serving area and serve for two hours (additional hours may be added for a fee). Included: serving tables, table covers and chaffing dishes.
